Clara leads Conecta's vision, strategy, and product direction, bringing together pedagogy, technology, and experience building scalable learning systems within technology-driven organizations.

Her background combines an educational psychology lens, advanced training in education and technology, and leadership experience in AI-enabled learning and enablement programs within global tech companies.

Clara has worked at the intersection of education, technology, and product, designing and scaling learning initiatives within tech-driven organizations. Her experience spans both technical and non-technical environments, with a consistent focus on building learning systems that are practical, scalable, and grounded in real-world use. She has worked with AI-enabled technologies as part of broader product ecosystems, approaching technology as a means to support human learning, judgment, and decision-making.

Milagros Nava Guppy — CEdO
Co-founder & Chief Education Officer
Milagros leads Conecta's educational vision, pedagogy, and inclusion strategy, ensuring that every product decision is grounded in how teachers actually teach and learn.

She brings a strong foundation in psychology, inclusive education, and teacher professional development, alongside extensive experience working directly with educators across diverse classroom and institutional contexts.
Milagros has designed and facilitated professional learning programs focused on inclusive practice, neurodiversity, and meaningful technology integration. Her work emphasizes translating pedagogical principles into practical, context-aware learning experiences that support teachers in real classrooms.
As CEdO, she ensures that Conecta's approach to planning, learning pathways, and reflection remains educationally sound, inclusive by design, and responsive to the realities of teaching practice.
